Where does this project stand?

Registered with K-RERA. 91% built as of Q2 2026-27, as the promoter reported it.

Does the sales pitch match what was filed?

Booked units went from 11 in Q1 2026-27 to 13 in Q2 2026-27. If a sales office says fewer units are left than this filing shows, that is ordinary scarcity selling. If it says more are available, ask why: the direction of the gap matters more than its size.

Is buyers' money protected?

In Q2 2026-27, ₹28.4 L was paid into escrow and ₹28.4 L withdrawn by the promoter (100% of that quarter's deposits). Total project cost filed at ₹31.67 Cr; escrow account with HDFC.

When will the keys be handed over?

Completion was promised for 31 Dec 2026; the latest date on the filing is 1 Jan 2027. 91% built as of Q2 2026-27, as the promoter reported it.

Is it approved for its use?

Plan 33/75 sanctioned by Local Planning Authority on 14 Aug 2023.

Is anything contested?

0 complaints on this project and 0 on the promoter at K-RERA.

Does the brochure match the sanction?

68 units across 2 towers, tallest tower filed at 4 floors, FAR 1.74.

Worst builder ever, they promise many things when you visit but after that just excuses. They will not even refund your money and will try different tactics to shift the blame
